Lonely Smudge
Oh, the next time you see Sharon, encourage her to spend some time with Smudge, her cat. She has been gone so much this summer and he has been bored out of his mind. This is how I found him today when I went to feed him.
... and Genny's never even met him! (at least not that I remember?) Yes, he is very smart. He finished War and Peace right before we got home, but is especially chagrined that Penny caught him on film while he was reading on the litter box.
